Professional Auto service. The quality of parts and fluids seems to be excellent, and the price reflects that. Paul seems to be a straight shooter. Their work is thoroughWork has been completed in a timely matter. I have not had any issues once work has been completed thus far and it comes with 24,000-mile guarantee.

took my BMW into Heynneman for front seat repair and service. Paul the owner meet me and gave me an estimate.I accept the estimate and left my car there for repair. A loaner car was given to me . Paul kept me in touch as to any new problems with the car. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I would be charged 3% if I used my credit card to pay the invoice.

I really hate going through a survey. It’s easier to say I was really pleased with Paul’s attitude about what I wanted him to accomplish and glad that he could handle my old car the way he did. Paul is always very responsive and thorough in the explanations of the service. My car was serviced rapidly and communication was excellent. I did not have to keep calling to find out the progress. The estimate of the time and money was accurate and precise. I gave four stars instead of five because it would be useful to know what a standard service costs and be provided with ways in which to prioritize the several items that are suggested to be done.

Quite possibly the best of the European Automotive shops. Recently went to one in Larkspur and was not treated as well as at Heynneman. Paul is an owner that understands great Customer Service and how important it is to the bottom line of business.

Even BMW batteries die … My car would not turn over Monday morning. Battery dead. After calling road service to jumpstart, I called paul. Come on in, he said. They were waiting for me with a new battery, skilled tech to install it and reprogram the car and a clean loaner. By the end of the day I was on the road again. Five star service! And I know it was done right. And with a smile.
