The minor service and inspection report for buying a used Volvo wagon was thorough
expedient, with the recommendation to replace a 7 year old battery, which was done.
the car was ready by 1PM, with a completed inspection report, which is a great way to
buy a used auto. Heynneman European is a top quality repair and maintenance
facility. They service all of our cars and we rely on their excellent work and advice.

What can I say! Heynneman European is the best! I started taking my car to Paul and
Gary about 4 or 5 years ago and it’s been the best for my car and me. They have the
current diagnostic equipment for BMW’s and can check out any problem that comes
along. I also know that if any problem arises, I can give them a call and they will take
care of me. I’m a happy camper.

I took my car to Paul for service. I had also needed tires and some body work. Paul
loaned us a car & did all the coordination for me so I didn’t have to run to several
places at once, fixed the car and delivered it on time and in fact earlier than it would
have been if I had to do all the running around. They did a great job on the car &
delivered it back to me very clean & running great.

This is a top quality maintenance and repair station. They are prompt, honest, and
expert diagnosticians and repair people. Vehicles are returned spotless and reliable.
They are honest, efficient and take pride in their ability to please their customers.
Their facility is spotless, and they are prepared to attend to every detail in maintaining
your vehicle. Their reliability allows me to let them handle all my vehicle maintenance.
I make sure I have unlimited towing service to be sure they are in charge of all my
vehicle maintenance and repairs. I would buy only vehicles that they can maintain
and repair for me, and I seek their advice before buying any car. They have excellent
detailing service beyond repairs.

trustworthy. I used to work as a auto mechanic and know when a mechanic is being
unethical. Heynneman was truthful, thorough, and did a high quality job. They even

I just got my car back after a service that involved doing a lot more more stuff than I
had anticipated, and truthfully costing way more than I ever expected. But I took
Paul’s advice and the truth is the car really does feel and drive better than it has for

I have been a loyal customer for almost twenty years because the service is
consistently expert, advice is ethical and in best interest of the owner of the car and
prices are reasonable for the kind of work that is completed. If you are looking for a

Car returned in 2 working days with new rear brakes, new alternator, and cooling fluid
leaking hose repaired, and oil change. All updates noted plus mileage for future
mechanical updates. Car was totally cleaned, and runs like it was new. Heynneman
continues to be the most proficient auto shop of any I can remember, with everyone
very polite and business like. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.
They back up all their repairs with any guarantee they can grant with dependable
workmanship and detailed records for further maintenance. This is a top quality car
repair shop, clean and dependable.

I’m a new BMW owner – 2000 year 540i wagon, 80k miles. Trust Paul and Gary. Did
good work. Even cleaned car and removed screw from tire (no charge) that they

These guys are really good and take care of the car. They were able to quickly
diagnose and correct a driving issue with the car. Drives much better now. The only
reason for not giving them 5 stars is that I had to call them to check status on the car
versus being told that the car was ready. Other than that, having only owned a BMW
for 1.5 years, it turns out these cars are very expensive to keep up. No fault of the
auto repair guys. Would recommend highly.

What a nightmare! When our car broke down on Hwy 101 in Friday afternoon traffic,
our first instinct was to go to the Volvo dealership, until we read the reviews on their
service. Heynneman – located right off the freeway had great reviews on their service
and got us in immediately. After an assesment of the problem, they arranged a loaner
and got us back on the road in record time. We were very pleased that they could fix
the problem, and gave us a full assesment of the work that was needed to get the car
back into top shape. We trusted them and were not disappointed. We’ve since been
back for servicing and have been very pleased with their work, their customer service
and their follow up.
