What a nightmare! When our car broke down on Hwy 101 in Friday afternoon traffic,
our first instinct was to go to the Volvo dealership, until we read the reviews on their
service. Heynneman – located right off the freeway had great reviews on their service
and got us in immediately. After an assesment of the problem, they arranged a loaner
and got us back on the road in record time. We were very pleased that they could fix
the problem, and gave us a full assesment of the work that was needed to get the car
back into top shape. We trusted them and were not disappointed. We’ve since been
back for servicing and have been very pleased with their work, their customer service
and their follow up.
